INDEPENDENT PHASE CONTROL (3PHASE UNITS)

Independent voltage regulation. Every phase remains ±2 % output voltage when AC power encounters 30 % phase unbalanced, non-linear loads or heavy loads.

STRONG OVERLOAD CAPABILITY

Sustained 200 % of its rated loading capacity, no voltage goes down extremely.

SOFT START LOAD PROTECTION

Ensure the output voltage starts up from the lowest voltage when it commences full stabilization.

FULL PROTECTION

Input Circuit Breaker, Magnetic Contactor for abnormal protection of :

• Over Voltage Protection:
If Input voltage exceeds voltage regulation range, the AVR will cut off output voltage automatically and shield abnormal voltage enters into the AVR directly or burn circuit boards.

• Under Voltage Protection:
When Input voltage is too low, it will cause malfunctions of machinery automation; Product failure rate will increase as well.

• Phase Failure Protection:
Should one of the electric wires is disconnected abruptly while AVR is working, the AVR will cut off at once and Red light indicator is flashing. Verify if the connected equipment remains in Safety Electrical mode and prevent the load from serious damage.

• Time Delay-off & Soft Start Protection: Instantaneous power blackouts and recovery will damage electrical loads.
While AC power recovery, the AVR starts automatically from low voltage output, to ensure the security of load

MANUAL MAINTENANCE BYPASS SWITCH

The switch is for periodically maintenance and service. Not affect machinery running in any ways.
